In 2019, Adidas Originals launched the Home of Classics. The capsule collection celebrated the brand’s long history in creating iconic, accessible white leather sneakers like the Superstar or the Stan Smith.

Our campaign didn’t put the shoes on pedestals but showed them exactly the way people wear them, getting them dirty, scuffed, scratched, worn. These shoes are made with care, so they can be worn without it.

The campaign spanned multiple seasons and films. For each of them, we tapped directors with ties to youth culture – Berlin-based collective I AM HERE, London-based Yoni Lappin, Mikey Alfred from Los Angeles – to tell a different story with the shoes as protagonists.
